Of course! both vegetarians and vegans can have a diet without soy. Most pre-made frozen faux meats contain soy, but you don’t have to eat these to be healthy, while they taste super good they’re not supposed to be eaten all the time. There is Seitan which usually doesn’t contain soy, it’s a “wheat meat” with loads of protein, if you’re into the faux meat, it’s a alternative. It has a really meaty texture that sort of weirded me out because I haven't had meat in years, but it’s tasty. Other high protein sources are Broccoli, Beans like lentils, chickpeas and black beans, Nuts and Quinoa. If you’re ever to go vegan the brand I get for butter, ‘Earth balance’ makes a soy free version which is good. Also, vanilla almond milk instead of soy. Try and google some soy free vegetarian meal plans. c:
